In November, Minister of Education Armin Schwarz, together with the CDU district council group, visited the Edertal Comprehensive School to gain an overview of the building’s structure and condition. The visit marked the start of planning for the upcoming general renovation of the school, which is scheduled to undergo comprehensive modernization in the coming years.
During the tour, the school’s structural and spatial conditions were examined in detail. The focus was not only on the building’s structural integrity, but also on necessary modifications to meet the future requirements of a modern and attractive educational facility.
In addition to the tour of the Edertal Comprehensive School, the program also included a visit to the sports hall of the neighboring elementary school. Potential improvements and possible renovation measures were discussed there, too.
„It’s important to us that our school is designed to be both functional and inviting,“ emphasized all members of the school community present. „Education is the foundation for our children’s future, and that includes optimal learning conditions.“
